Like many new moms, after my first pregnancy I felt out of shape and had quite a few extra pounds. Simply put, I didn’t recognize my body. After weeks of not feeling like myself I decided I needed to do something about it.

 

I’ve always been an active person and involved in many different types of sports and athletic activities. So, to get back in shape and regain my energy levels, I did what many of us would do: I joined a fitness center. I quickly noticed that even with a significant background in sports, I didn’t have a clue how to properly train alone or how to choose the right fitness class that would help me reach my goals. After aimlessly going from one equipment to another, I finally reached out to a personal trainer to help guide me. This was definitely the best decision.

Personal training is the best way to experience a session tailored to your needs and goals. A personal trainer will guide you to the right exercises. You’ll get stronger, have more stamina, and see your body change but the most important benefit is the boost it provides in self-confidence.

​

For me, it was a life-changing experience. I fell in love with fitness and set out to help others on their fitness journey: I became a personal trainer. I want to use my skills, my experience, and what I’ve learned along the way to guide others in becoming the best version of themselves.

 

I believe everyone deserves the right to be in good health and happy with themselves inside and out.
